The Brief: NEW Training offers *lots* of training courses...which in turn meant lots of course detail, prices, qualifications and so on. This soon became very challenging as we had to dissect them all and list them appropriately and clearly.

With an abundance of courses, we succesfully categorised training into relevant groups, which then filtered down to course specifics with ease. This meant the user could navigate to whatever subject they wanted and enquire and sign up accordingly. Job done.

The addition of merging email signups was a masterstroke because courses by nature expire, so it meant an easy way to keep existing and new clients informed and remains one of the most effective digital marketing tools that NEW training regularly use. Whether it be pushing new courses, promotions or events, Natalie and her team use email newsletters to 'nurture' by offering a lot of value beyond just pushing your their services.
